We run a number of introductory homeopathic courses during the year covering:

  • homeopathic first aid - basic principles of homeopathy including how to treat friends and family for minor ailments
  • homeopathy for pregnancy and child birth - remedies for pregnancy and labour and support for you and baby during your first months together

Reflexology

Reflexology works on the principle that there are reflex points in the feet and hands that relate to all of the organs, glands and parts of the body. Making use of the unique Ingham technique taught by the International Institute of Reflexology I will work the reflexes in your feet and if needs be your hands to identify stresses and imbalances in your body.
